How do I order?
Select the item you wish to purchase and click the "Select" box, make sure to check the gender type. The symbol with arrow "down" is Female, arrow key pointing "up" is Male. Once the item has been selected, hit the click "Go" to button and it will add the item (s) into your shopping cart. You are now in the "My Shopping Bag" area. At this stage, you can do the following:

1. Please review your purchase and the quantity below
2. To update order, change appropriate info & click "update".
3. Otherwise, click the "checkout now" button below.

We ask that you print out the page before submitting the order for referencing. Once the order has been submitted, an email confirmation will be sent to you automatically. For your verification purposes, your billing address must match what your issuing credit card has on file. Please note that if we are unable to validate your billing address on you credit card, we will hold the order until you provide us with the correct information. We will contact you if this is the case. We reserve the right to cancel your order if address verification can not be validated.

Want to order - but not online?
To order by fax - please download our printable order form (MS Word .doc format). Add items to your shopping cart - proceed to checkout - and just copy what appears on the checkout page onto this form. When done, please fax the form to: +1-626-576-1435. We'll hold onto your order form until payment is received - you can either call us directly at +1-626-576-1240 or send a check to:

When do we process your order?
All orders received by 2PM PST are usually processed the same day if item are in stock. But our generally rule of thumb is 24 hours after receipt of order and strive to process each order in a timely manner. To help in a smoother transaction, please be sure to provide the correct billing address on your credit card. This will make your ordering and our processing much more efficient.

May I cancel or change my order?
We take pride in getting your order right. If for any reason you need to change or cancel an order, please contact by calling us at 866-576-7748 or by emailing at service@perfumestation.com. by 2PM PST from Monday to Friday. This applies to orders that have not shipped from our facility.

*Please note: Orders are processed daily Monday through Friday during normal business hours (10:AM-6:00PM PST, except Saturday &Sunday and legal Holidays).

How do I check for the status of my order?
For your convenient, we send out an automated email from UPS during shipping processing which can be tracked after 6PM PST. If for any reason, you are not able to track your order, please contact us by email at service@perfumestation.com and we will look up the information for you. There could be reasons for the non-tracking capabilities, your order could be held due to back order situations and we had to void/cancel the original tracking # or we had experience processing difficulties.
