is our return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with
your purchase, for that reason we offer a
14 day money back guarantee return policy
from date of purchase. However, we cannot
accept returns or exchanges on skincare and
cosmetic products for safety reasons. If you
need to return your purchase, it should be
unopened and in its original package. You
may return your item(s) for a full refund
of the purchase price plus any applicable
sales tax within 14 days of the invoice date.
If you paid with a credit card, the debited
amount will be returned to the card number.
If you paid by a check or money order, a company
check will be sent to you after we have received
Please note that the shipping and handling
charge is nonrefundable unless is our error
in shipping. We ask that you contact our customer
service to receive an authorization number

a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PST. Once a RMA # is obtained,
please securely wrap the item (s), include
a packing slip, and a reason for the return
so that we can expedite the return processing.

How do you process my returns/exchanges?
Perfume Station does not exchange or refund
on any item that has been used. You may return
a fragrance, unused, within 14 days from the
invoice date. We will refund the purchase
price of the fragrance in your account. If
a fragrance is damaged during shipment, please
store the fragrance in a safe place and contact
us immediately to file a claim at UPS/USPS.
Please note that it is very important for
you to retain the damaged product in order
to file the claim. We will replace a product
if defected, or any errors/mistakes made by
us through out the shipping process.
